Chef Fabiola of Sak Pase Foodtruck is a Patriot, Foodie, Globetrotter , Restauranteur, and a Mom. Over the past several years, Chef Fabiola has traveled to over 30 countries exploring various cuisines while creating new exciting fusion recipes. She shared her love for exotic food around the world with her instagram followers, friends and family. During her time abroad, she interviewed many restaurant owners ranging from Greek, Colombian, Italian, Kenyan, Ethiopian ,Czech Senegalese to South African.Her love for food propelled her start her blog Eatwithfab.
Chef Fabiola always been a lover of life and prioritized living life in her own posh terms and opulence. One of her most valuable possession is her passport that is filled with foreign visas and stamps collected around the world. Her love for culinary and Hospitality led her to complete her bachelor in Hospitality Management at SUNY Plattsburgh.
Chef Fabiola followed her passion by managing various Country Clubs and Restaurants.
in 2020, She proudly founded Sak Pase and teamed up with Co-owner Christelle to Launch the very first Haitian and Fusion foodtruck in South Florida. Chef Fabiola is proactively building her platform as a Momtrepreneur with Sak Pase while exploring many other business ventures.
Chef Christelle of Sak Pase Food Truck is a Foodie, Fitness Enthusiast, Restauranteur and a Mom. Chef Christelle has worked in some of the hottest restaurants and real estate firm in South Florida. Working at these establishments made her fall in-love with Hospitality. In 2018, she started her meal prepping business where she prepared various healthy meals and provided dietary and nutritional assistance to many clients. Chef Christelle is an absolute yes person (she says yes to absolutely everything) wether it is yoga at the park, random road trips, adopting a dog, pursuing a degree in Aviation Management or starting a new business.
Of-course when founder Chef Fabiola approached her about the prospects of owning a Haitian Fusion food truck in South Florida, her response was yes!
Although Chef Christelle held a lot of rewarding position in the Hospitality Industry, her ultimate goal was always to start her own business. Lasly. She is beyond excited to apply her knowledge to her new business while actively pursuing other business oportunities
